At Lima Dromadaire, we strive to provide exceptional experiences to our guests. If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please review our Cancellation policy below.

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 48 hours before the scheduled ride: Full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
  • Between 24 and 48 hours before the ride: 50% refund or free rescheduling.
  • Less than 24 hours before the ride: No refund, but rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • No-shows: No refund will be issued.

2. Modifications & Rescheduling

Changes to the booking (date/time) can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure, subject to availability. If bad weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent the ride, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Special Considerations

Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days. If the experience was not delivered as described, please contact us within 24 hours after the ride with details of your concern.
